Fred.Olsen & Co. is through Bonheur ASA engaged in businesses within shipping, offshore, renewables, besides investments within a number of other business areas.

Fred. Olsen Renewables AS is a wholly owned susidiary of Bonheur ASA and is responsible for the group's renewable energy activities. Fred. Olsen Renewables AS' main fokus is development and operation of onshore wind power and the first investment was made back in 1996. Fred. Olsen Renewables including it's subsidiaries own eleven operating wind power plants with a total installed capacity of 679MW and anual production of 1,8 TWh. Today the company has a substantial portfolio of wind farm projects in Sweden, Norway, UK and Irland. Main office is located in Oslo.

Contract Manager Operations

As Contract Manager you will be responsible for managing and improving our contracting process related to Operations and Maintenance. This involves handling all contract activities and negotiations for new contracts and renewals in accordance with company policy and objectives. You will also be responsible for follow up on company and contractor compliance with existing agreements.

Furthermore, you will participate in developing the company’s operational plans and strategy in general and provide contractual assistance and support to all Fred. Olsen Renewables’ existing operating activities.

We search for candidates with contract drafting and review experience. You should feel confident in negotiations, have good business understanding and hold good communication and presentation skills. Experience from operating industries such as power generation, oil and gas or telecom would be relevant. A Master degree in Law, Business or Science is preferable.
