Vice President Supply Chain

We are now looking for a candidate to handle the supply chain both on strategic and operational level. VP Supply Chain for Reverse Vending Operations will report to SVP Operations and will be a member of the Operations management team. VP Supply Chain will head the central supply chain team.

Main strategic and operational responsibilities:

• Secure a supply chain set-up and management supporting the overall business targets
• Develop and implement the supply chain strategy and KPI’s
• Sales order handling and distribution vs the Tomra business units
• Order handling and coordination vs the Tomra production units
• Management of the Tomra Distribution Centers
• Coordinate and optimize the flow of goods and inventories throughout the supply chain
• Performance follow-up

• Motivated by delivering results and meeting customer expectations
• Flexible on travel 
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing demands, and a strong Team Player
• Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian

Education & experience:

• MSc degree within supply chain, logistics or engineering / business. Relevant work experience may compensate for lack of formal education
• Leadership experience within supply chain management, preferably from complex operations including production
