bbhugme was created by three chiropractors from Norway, Hilde, Ann Kristin and Elisabeth, who shared a deep interest in chiropractic care of pregnant women, moms and babies. They saw many teary, sleep-deprived women who were suffering from pelvic and back pain before, during and after pregnancy. The three realized that the women needed even more support and care – a long-lasting, take-home solution that could support them beyond the care they get at clinics. This was the origin of the bbhugme pillow.

We are now developing new product concepts and expanding globally through retailers, health professionals and own webshop. Customer love is a the core of everything we do. What remains the same is that we’re a company driven by passion and care for the pregnant women, moms and babies.

We are based in Oslo with a team of four people. In addition, two of our team members are located in the Stavanger region. We work with manufacturing partners in Europe and Asia. Our warehouses are located in Sweden and UK.

We are looking for a high performing Finance/Admin Manager to join us in transforming bbhugme to a leading global pregnancy brand.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Finance and Admin role. You will be a sentral contributor to the team and play an active role in the further expansion of bbhugme. To succeed in the role you must have the ability to take initiative, execute on daily taks and set the agenda within your areas of responsibilities.

The role includes;

Finance

• Budget and financial forecasting
• Improve overall business understanding with focus on costs and investments
• Controlling and accounting
• Reporting
• Financial analysis
• Business Case responsibility
• Main contact person towards bank, factoring and accounting partners
• Risk management

Administration

• Overall IT responsibility
• Optimize business admin systems
• Support the team with order and payment processing, integration solutions and Amazon operations

Education/Profile

• MBA or equivalent
• Min 6 years relevant experience
• Flexible and solution oriented with a “can do attitude”
• Strong analytical skills combined with practical business approach
• Strong team player with leadership ambitions
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
