The role in short
As an Analyst you will be an important contributor in project teams assisting in the planning and execution of transactions and pitches. This involves research, analysis and modelling, process management, preparing marketing material and documentation. Solid work ethic, the ability to familiarise yourself with the client’s business and markets as well as strong knowledge of financial concepts is required. You will quickly be exposed to clients through attending meetings and discussions.

You will be part of a leading corporate finance team with approximately 100 professionals located across our offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki and New York. You will be a key member of the project team in executing M&A and ECM transactions for our clients in Norway and abroad. In short, this role promises a varied and rewarding working environment, exposing you to various project teams and allowing you to develop capabilities across different transaction types and industries.

You are a team player with a strong ability to prioritize daily work, who enjoys solving challenges in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong personal drive and a high degree of initiative without compromising attention to detail. You are an industrious worker who takes pride in delivering work of the highest quality.

We will consider applicants with a wide range of backgrounds; however we consider the following criteria to be relevant in order for you to be successful in this position:

  • An academic degree with strong academic results in relevant financial courses.
  • The ability to think analytically from a business perspective.
  • An eagerness to learn and ability to acquire new skills and understand new concepts quickly.
  • A high degree of adaptability and flexibility and be able to work with several projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and high proficiency in English is a requirement.
  • Relevant product knowledge and execution experience from M&A and/or ECM transactions is considered positive.

What we can offer
You will be part of an environment where ambition is considered positive. You will be given ample opportunities for both personal and professional development, and training in your areas of improvement.

You will also be a part of a dynamic and competent team and company, with a strong focus on cross-collaboration.

It is our fundamental belief that inclusion and diversity is crucial for our future success. We strive to have an inclusive, value-driven culture where employees feel valued, respected and involved irrespective of who they are, what they believe or where they come from.
