The role in short
We are looking to hire one permanent and one temporary employee, as one of our team members is going on maternity leave.

You will work with the coverage teams within Large Corporates & Financial Institutions in SEB in Norway, providing high quality, efficient and accurate credit processes for transactions and annual reviews. Account Managers are responsible for managing credit limits and exposures, ensuring that those are in line with approvals and policies. This requires analytical skills as well as an understanding of different banking products, regulations and legal documentation. Account Managers also make sure that client data is maintained according to the set standards and in compliance with KYC/AML regulations. In addition, the Client Account Management team is involved in several regulatory and internal development projects.

In our Client Account Management team, we work with all the Oslo based Coverage teams, i.e. Large Corporates, Financial Institutions, Real Estate, Shipping & Offshore and Family Office Group. In addition, we have close cooperation with the approving credit organization, credit analysts, various product areas and our own global Client Account Management team across SEB sites. At SEB we are all team players and work tightly together to form the best service for our customers.

What we are looking for
To succeed in this role you need to have a degree in Business Administration or equivalent and an understanding of credit risk and companies’ financials as well as some banking products. We are looking for those with 2-5 years of banking experience, but we will consider graduates with the right educational background and interest.

You need to be well organized and able to work independently in a busy environment. We value cooperation and team efforts. You are a team player who enjoys working and interacting with colleagues. Most importantly you have the right mindset with the capability and willingness to learn quickly, as well as a high degree of initiative, drive and interest in providing a quality service both internally and externally. You are positive, structured, analytical and thorough. You have good communication skills and you are fluent in both English and Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language).

What we can offer
You will be part of an environment where ambition is considered positive, and you will be given ample opportunities for both personal and professional development.

It is our fundamental belief that inclusion and diversity is crucial for our future success. We strive to have an inclusive, value-driven culture where employees feel valued, respected and involved irrespective of who they are, what they believe or where they come from.
