Strategical CFO with international industrial experience

NBT develops and operates wind farms in emerging markets. The company has offices in Oslo (Norway), Limassol (Cyprus), Beijing (China), Kiev (Ukraine) and Karachi (Pakistan). Corporate management and administration is located in Oslo.

NBT owns two wind farms in Inner Mongolia, China in a joint venture with Datang, one of China’s leading utilities and one wind farm in the Jilin province, China.

NBT and its joint venture partner Total Eren is constructing a 250 MW wind farm in Kherson, Ukraine. The plant will be commissioned in June 2020 and will be the largest wind farm in Ukraine and one of the largest in Europe. The company is developing other wind power projects in Ukraine that are due to be commissioned in the period 2020-2022.

CFO

Our new CFO you will be responsible for planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of our company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. You will also be responsible for obtaining and maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance.

In more detail this implies:

• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the key management team
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting, quarterly.
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
• Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures

We like to get in touch with experienced strategic and commercial financial leaders with knowledge from the above mentioned topics and relevant industries. Further we appreciate that you have experience from listed companies that involves quarterly reporting. Good presentation skills and relevant digital knowledge is essential. You may also have experience from business consultancy such as accountancy or advisory.
