Head of Investor Relations

On behalf of Nel, a global, dedicated hydrogen company, we are looking for a proactive, strategic, and hands on Head of Investor Relations.  

You will have a key role in the company and will head up the investor relations function in Nel. As Head of Investor Relations, you will be responsible for the ongoing contact with the domestic and international investor community, actively monitor and develop Nel’s shareholder base over time. You will plan, prepare, and execute events and presentations.  

Scope of work 

• Present the Nel story to the global investment community and other stakeholders 

• Maintain and develop the relationship with existing and new investors through capital market days, quarterly presentations and other ad-hoc queries 

• Build and maintain strategy to refine the company’s shareholder base over time  

• Bring the capital market perspective into strategy discussions within the management team 

• Responsible for stock-exchange notices/press releases 

Desired experience and qualifications 

• Relevant experience from investor relations (preferably from a publicly listed company) or equity research within the renewable energy sector 

• Good understanding of financial reporting, accounting, and capital markets 

• Excellent writing and communication skills in English, preference given to strong Norwegian skills as well 

• Excellent presentation skills, and substantial experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Preferably also experience with IR/CRM-tools  

• Education at Master’s Degree level
