Senior Associates, Stavanger

Responsibilities

• Evaluation of investment opportunities, including financial modelling of target valuations, forecasts and expected returns
• Coordinate due diligence processes internally and externally with advisors
• Responsibility for preparing and managing timetables and progress for complex M&A transactions and other strategic activities
• Follow up and revise the value creation plan in close cooperation with the HitecVision team and the company management and board members during the holding period of the investment

Formal and personal qualifications

• Master's degree or similar with strong academic results
• More than 3 years of relevant experience from investment banking, consulting or the energy industry
• Proficient MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Personal skills required include independence and efficiency, a high level of integrity and the ability to work and thrive in a team setting
