Senior Project Manager – Corporate Strategy / Business Development

Yara International ASA is currently strengthening its Strategy and Business Development function and is searching for a high performing Senior Project Manager to join the team.

Yara’s Strategy and Business Development team is responsible for driving Yara’s strategy and corporate business development activities. The team drives the corporate strategy and growth agenda, supports the regional units with strategy development, manages key strategic and business development projects as well as govern the Joint Venture and investee Portfolio. The team works closely with Yara’s Top Management team, the different regions and the local business units, as well as the other corporate functions.

The right candidate should have higher university degree, preferably at Master’s level or equivalent, strong project experience preferably from top management consulting, investment banking or similar roles in industrial companies. Experience from large-scale corporate M&A and strategy projects and excellent professional performance is also desired. As a person you are structured with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, have a can-do attitude and drive. You have outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and you enjoy working in a high paced environment. The position will be based at Yara HQ in Oslo.
