About the position
Nammo is developing our digital solutions and has established a core ERP solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The solution is being rolled out to large parts of Nammo Group.  This is an important part of the foundation for the digitalization of the group.

We are seeking a person who can lead the development and manage of the finance process in the ERP solution. The right candidate will be able to identify and propose prioritization of potential improvements based on the strategic plan and the needs of the business within the finance process and then manage the development and implementation.

Main tasks
For the Core ERP organization

  • Manage his/her process to deliver solutions for 
    • The functional requirements at all Nammo sites in scope for the Core ERP system
    • Future requirements derived from the strategic plan and  requirements from the operation
  • Monitor development both in the business and in the ERP system and design and manage future implementations and solutions within his/her process in close cooperation with ERP program management
  • Manage development of 
    • Process and solution documentation for the Core ERP solution
    • Training material for the Core ERP solution

For the Core ERP project

  • Act as Subproject Manager for his/her process within the Core ERP project
  • Plan tasks & actions within the Process Owner/Key User responsibility
  • Identify and document business requirements that require ERP system support and propose solutions 
  • Identifies and document requirements that cannot be met without integration to third parties products 
  • Document process flows and GAP adjustments
  • Informs of status and risks to the PM
  • Manage and implement approved solutions
  • Performs/manages testing of the system and GAP adjustments and secures the quality
  • Present general documentation of the process he/she is responsible for and identify need for localization
  • Educates and trains key users

Education and qualifications

  • Master degree in relevant subjects
  • Several years of experience from finance/controlling in complex, international organization
  • Experience from process design in finance/controlling
  • Solid experience with modern ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience in using Lean in financial/controlling processes
  • Excellent understanding of financial and controlling processes
  • Excellent in English, both written and spoken
