ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an accomplished inbound Sales Director who will play an integral part in accelerating the growth of Decisions with a focus on the European market. You will develop the sales strategy, implement plans and be responsible for the growth and development of sales team that in turn will continue to drive rapid growth in revenue and market share.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage, hire, coach, and grow the sales team to develop a strong culture of teamwork and success
  • Establish strategies for improving sales performance, both in volume and quality
  • Define and execute a revenue strategy that ensures predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales results whilst maximizing revenue potential from existing and prospective customers
  • Plan and forecast sales revenue, creating and delivering upon high-growth, accurate forecasts
  • Implement and adjust the sales performance metrics and hold the sales team accountable to milestones and objectives

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

You are passionate about the need to change meeting culture, with experience in enterprise, B2B sales, ideally for a SaaS model, combined with good leadership skills. You are entrepreneurial, thoughtful and ambitious, with the ability to listen well and assess customers’ needs.

In addition:

  • A Bachelor degree or equivalent, or relevant work experience
  • 7+ years of proven experience in building, motivating and leading sales teams including managing geographically distributed sales territories
  • Strong background in large account sales, and recruiting and growing account management teams
  • Strong knowledge of sales operations and associated systems
  • Strong record of growing ARR and meeting quota consistently
  • Experience from using HubSpot is an advantage
  • Experience developing proposals and business cases
  • Experience establishing performance metrics
  • Disciplined, metrics-based approach to managing pipeline and forecasting commits
  • Strong business insights and analytical skills
