ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to expansion within the European market, we are seeking a fluent German speaking Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is an important role for the company in ensuring that our customers experience the full value of Decisions. You will also do the important job of bridging the gap between sales and support to ensure customer growth and retention.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as an advisor for customers / users throughout the lead and onboarding stages
  • Train and educate customers / users on all aspects of Decisions, including how it integrates with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneNote, Word, Planner, SharePoint and Excel
  • Serve as a point of contact for potential and current customers
  • Write instructional content and manage the Decisions Knowledge Centre (or Support) online
  • Track and own customer success metrics / KPIs, such as customer satisfaction, app usage, and upsell
  • Implement ways to engage customers through new channels, such as webinars
  • In partnership with marketing, launch customer surveys and system for customer feedback
  • Take part in refining the overall onboarding process
  • Take an active role in prioritizing feedback for product improvements based on user feedback

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

You are passionate about the need to change meeting culture, with experience in customer success management, ideally for a SaaS solution. You are entrepreneurial, thoughtful and ambitious, with the ability to listen well and assess customers’ needs.

In addition:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of client-facing experience in a SaaS or similar B2B organization
  • Microsoft 365 experience
  • Experience running business meetings as chiefs of staff, executive assistant or similar roles is a plus
  • Proven track record for customer retention and growing accounts
  • High degree of comfort learning new technology
  • Outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal
  • A fluent German speaker, as well as excellent English skills; the working language at Decisions is English..
