We are looking for a competent and committed controller for the Risk Management department in TOMRA. You will be central in the Risk Management team, and your assessments and contributions will be of great importance for our sustainable development. We are looking for a structured person with professional weight within the area, but also a person who has the power to implement and the ability to build relationships to ensure increased awareness of risk management in TOMRA. The position is new and will be part of TOMRAs Finance team, located at TOMRA HQs in Asker and report to Group Controller. The position will work closely with the TOMRAs business divisions, and to be able to fulfil the job, significant travel activity is expected.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Ensure quantitative, qualitative, and relevant risk analyzes
  • Contribute to the implementation of internal control frameworks in key processes
  • Contribute to internal audits to verify compliance with laws, regulations, and routines
  • Assist in the further development of the framework for risk management
  • Assist in the further development of analysis methods that contribute to good business management
  • Assist the divisions with mapping and assessment of risk and further development of local internal control routines

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Higher education at master's level or other relevant and qualifying background
  • 5 years’ experience from internal controls, internal audits, or financial controlling
  • Good understanding of reporting and analyzing software
  • Advantage to have participated in the development of risk management framework
  • Advantage to have experience with the use of risk management systems
  • Strong verbal and written English skills 
  • Experience from working in international companies
  • Travel capacity
