Manager Internal Communication

The Manager Internal Communication will be responsible for the internal information flow to all our employees using Elopak’ s established communication platforms. This will include the voices of each person who works for Elopak across 40 countries. You will be part of our international marketing team and located in Elopak Corporate Offices in Spikkestad, Norway.  

We are looking for a motivated and experienced person who is passionate about communications and who is ready to take on this exciting role and responsibility for Elopak.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

• Connect employees with all company news and announcements through our internal digital platforms.
• Collect and produce/write content for our corporate intranet.
• Align the content with our overall communications calendar.
• Responsible for using analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize the information on our intranet.
• Be able to lead and discuss improvements of our Intranet structure (SharePoint) with suppliers in collaboration with our IT department.
• Support management and the marketing team in creating Power Point presentations and other communication materials.

Personal profiles and background

• Bachelor degree or equivalent/higher within the area of communications
• Fluency in English (main working language.)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of a similar position – preferably in an international organization.
• Good understanding of Corporate Identity.  
• Well organized, positive and self-driven with curiosity and enthusiasm.
