We are looking for a controller for the Finance team in TOMRA, ideally with a few years’ experience from analysis and reporting. You have worked with Microsoft and other relevant software tools, and you are interested in digital development and improvement. You are also organized with an attention to detail and keen on making a difference. The position is new and will be part of the TOMRA Collection Finance team, located at TOMRA HQs in Asker, reporting to Business Controller.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Assist/lead reporting for projects and programs
  • Create and adjust reports using power query and Power Pivot, SQL.
  • Participate in budgeting and strategy process
  • Assist with Board and management presentations
  • Financial analysis:
    • Monthly follow up of results
    • Ad hoc business analysis

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, finance and/or similar
  • Relevant work experience from similar tasks
  • Good understanding of reporting and analyzing software
  • Excellent Excel and Power Point skills
  • Strong verbal and written English 
  • Understanding of accounting processes

To be successful in the role, you should be proactive, solution-oriented, structured and analytical. In addition, you should be able to process new information quickly and enjoy identifying areas for improvement.
