We are a flat organisation with a lean decision-making process and no bureaucracy. The position will be both strategic and hands on and you will work closely with the operational and commercial teams. The overall aim of this position is to build the Argeo brand globally.
You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and work closely with the sales and operational teams as well as the CEO and CFO. With our mission to transform the industry using technology, all of our marketing activities must reflect this through a modern marketing strategy and modern marketing techniques.
Argeo is a listed company, and you will be asked to handle market sensitive information and therefore have a good understanding of the information controlled through laws and regulation. Contributing to the company’s quarterly reporting, investor relations work, public announcements and press releases will be a mandatory part of the position.
It is expected that you will bring in and utilize new technology for marketing to reach clients on modern platforms. The goal is to bring the clients to Argeo and thus we require a marketing strategy that reflects this.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Design and create a marketing strategy.
- Set up a portfolio of marketing activities.
- Create communication that reaches the market and achieves positive attention globally.
- Create supporting materials to promote the company.
- Manage a marketing budget.
- Maintain and develop a marketing plan.
- PR and communication.
- Event planning.
- Content creation, both text and visual.
- Deal with external suppliers/agencies.
Who are we looking for?
You have a background and experience within marketing from both a strategic and operational perspective. 5 years + would be ideal. You have a passion for brand building and you are a great communicator in English. It would be ideal if you have some experience from PR and events and you must have a modern approach to marketing and digital marketing. Finally, we are looking for someone with a Bachelor-Degree or above within a relevant field.
