Chief Commercial Officer

itslearning is part of Sanoma Group – an innovative and agile learning and media company. To realize our ambitious strategies, itslearning seeks a visionary CCO to help us achieve revenue targets, create sustainable growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.

In this varied and ‘hands on’ role you will develop and manage sales and business strategies for itslearning in the education technology market, and in cooperation with other Sanoma companies. The CCO reports to the itslearning CEO.

You will lead an international organization to:

• define and execute a commercial strategy for itslearning, focusing on new business growth, client retention, upsell, profitability and company alignment
• develop a seamless and aligned sales operations process across regions/countries that ensures predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales results

You will have a proven commercial background from a medium to large enterprise and preferably in an international high-growth B2B enterprise software environment.

Fluent in English. Good Norwegian language skills is an advantage.
