About you

You have deep knowledge and understanding of the Norwegian banking landscape and its related products and competitors and how to put that to good use. And you want to do so within an organisation that has just received unicorn-status!

Your communication skills are on point and you are used to working with different levels of stakeholder management. You know how to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally and you enjoy it. You also use your communicative skills to facilitate your bold and far-reaching visions and strategies and love getting everyone involved and on board with your way of thinking. Lunar is headed towards the moon and you want to help in any way possible. 

What you will be doing

As Commercial Lead - Consumer Banking in Norway, you will be working with short and long term strategic and tactical planning in order to grow Lunar consumer banking in Norway across all product areas, such as loans and credit, payments, savings and investment.

Your tasks will also include:

• Tracking commercial performance on all Lunar consumer products in Norway and providing recommendations for marketing, communications, sales and product development. 
• Analysing market trends, customer behaviour and the competitive landscape within consumer banking to identify commercial growth opportunities. 
• Credit modelling, risk assessment, pricing and positioning. 

You will work closely with the central Consumer vertical team located in Copenhagen, as well as product teams, marketing, sales and the Norwegian country manager to accelerate the growth of Lunar consumer banking in Norway. 

Your profile

• You have +5 years of experience from banking and finance. If your experience comes from working within the consumer banking segment, it is a plus!
• As a minimum, you have a Bachelor’s degree within Business, Economics or the like. How you have put your education together is totally up to you. 
• You are used to negotiating contracts and ideas. 
• You are experienced in pricing and credit modelling. 
• You are fluent in English both written and spoken.
