Additionally, TGS offers advanced processing and imaging services, interpretation products and data integration solutions. We are looking for an Accountant to take part in the Corporate Finance and Accounting team consisting of 15 employees who reports to Group Accounting Director. TGS is characterized with high pace and activity. with a wide set of tasks. 

Responsibilities

• Accounting, bookkeeping and accruals for set Group Entities
• Preparing analyses and reports, both internal and external for set Group Entities
• Monthly Management Reporting
• Statutory Reporting and Required Statistics (SSB)
• Follow-up of bank, including remittance and reconciliation 
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Cash flow forecast in collaboration with Group Treasurer
• Tax reporting in collaboration with with Group Tax Manager
• Be a support and a backup for the rest of the accounting team

Qualifications; skills and competencies 

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience 
• Working knowledge of project accounting
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Good Excel competence
• Good command of written and oral English
• Fluent in Norwegian both written and oral
• Ability to work on own initiative and in a team
• Flexible and robust, with a positive attitude
