Investment Analyst

Holta Invest is strengthening the team and seeking an Investment Analyst 

Holta Invest AS is a privately held investment company headquartered in Oslo, Norway. We finance and support ambitious companies and seek to create meaningful and long-lasting value through our investments. Holta Invest has three main business areas; financial investments in listed companies, investments in private companies and real estate.

With substantial investment capacity and growth ambitions, we are now seeking an Investment Analyst to join our team in Oslo. You will become an integral part of our core team and be involved in identification of investment opportunities, transaction processes and supporting our existing portfolio companies.

As Investment Analyst you will

• Source and identify new investment opportunities
• Perform financial analysis, valuation and have wide responsibility in transaction processes
• Support management in our portfolio companies with business case development, financial modelling and business strategy
• Follow-up portfolio companies through board representation
• Perform sector- and company analyses to support investment decisions

Desired qualifications

• A master’s degree from a well-reputed university with strong academic records
• 2-4 years relevant work experience from management consulting, investment banking, private equity or similar
• Strong analytical and communicational skills, as well as a business and strategic mindset

Desired personal skills

• Strong passion for strategic and quantitative analysis of investments and value creation opportunities
• Ambitious and proactive mindset where you seek solutions and progress
• As part of a small team, we are looking for an unpretentious team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to navigate uncertainty and quickly adapt to new challenges and opportunities
