Head of Pricing Nordics

As the Head of Pricing for the Nordics you will be in charge of developing, implementing and monitoring our pricing strategy for the Nordic region (Norway, Sweden and Finland) as well as the direct execution of the pricing strategy in the country you are located. You will be working closely with your colleagues in the finance and sales department in the three countries and act as the liaison with the global pricing community.

In addition to your responsibilities around pricing, you will act as a strategic advisor to the Nordic management team providing market insights, strategic analysis and assist in preparing Quarterly Business reviews.

It is a central role in the Nordic finance function and will report to the VP Finance Nordics. The role can work out of Oslo, Stockholm or Helsinki

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalise pricing strategy
• Establishing processes, tools, reports and systems to monitor and optimize our pricing execution and margin development
• Securing compliance with local and global pricing policies
• Training of operations, sales and other stakeholders
• Responsible for profitability calculations on large bids and presentations to the Bid approval committee.
• Lead and perform analyses of multi-dimensional business components (e.g., customers, products, markets).

Qualifications/Requirements

• Master’s degree (preferred) or bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance.
• Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience with one or more of the following functions: pricing, revenue management, business analysis, sales analysis or
• Business controlling.
• Prior responsibility with strategic and financial planning, financial analysis and financial modelling.
• Experience of working in an international company/environment with short deadlines is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communications and presentation skills with English language fluency.
