As a Business Controller in CSAM, you will work closely with management, utilizing your curiosity and your strong analytic skills to further deepen the strategic understanding of our multi-dimensional business model. You will be working closely with both finance and the different business units, deepening the collective understanding of what drives the business to better identifying growth opportunities. As a key player in this exciting company with an even more exiting social mission you will be part of an organization that directly improves the lives of thousands of patients around the world.

As our Business Controller you will:

• Be responsible for running the division's reporting, budgeting, forecasting processes, P&L and other management information between the division management and product domain managers.
• Prepare business cases across the division, including profitability and price calculations in connection with sales activities and participate in customer negotiation.
• Participate as an equal member of the division's management team and be the link between them and our top management.
• Ensure high quality of revenue recognition and invoicing for the division.
• Be responsible for the price list process for all products & product areas.
• Be responsible for monitoring commercial / financial goal achievement for received M&A objects according to 24-month plan.
• Follow-up on CapEx, across all business areas.
• Create relevant educational presentations for both employees in the business areas, for management and for the board.

Your matching strengths for our role are:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as controller, analyst, accountant, or consultant within an industry where IT development is a central part of value creation (for example: corporate finance, banking, telecom, software, payment technology, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance.
• You are independent driven and enjoy working both autonomously and in teams. 
• You speak English fluently and preferably also one of the Scandinavian languages.
• You have strong analytical and strategic skills, and you can easily translate financial information into business terms and vice versa.
• You are curious, dynamic, brave and with a forward-looking mindset.
