The position

By joining our team in CFO FCoE you will have the opportunity to:

• Support critical assessment of how strategic choices impact the company’s overall corporate risk profile, and help operationalise such considerations in capital investment and other strategic decisions 
• Develop and operationalise the company’s enterprise risk management framework and build the desired risk management culture 
• Be a focal point for risk related communication (covering everyone from the holistic corporate risk picture to functional requirements) between Corporate Risk and the business areas 
• Lead and support corporate functions in fulfilling their risk management obligations as the 2nd-line of control,  
• Drive the corporate risk update process and secure the integrity of the risk module in the corporate Management Information System 
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment between the risk picture and internal audit and assurance plans 
• Deliver on other risk management tasks and responsibilities, depending on business needs and own development goals 
• Support business line managers in fulfilling their obligations as risk owners to manage their risks, ensuring quality and consistency across the business areas

• A Master’s degree within Economics / Business or related with 7-10 Year Experienceminimum 
• Experience with business strategy development and execution 
• Experience with development and execution of Risk Management frameworks, including characterization and analysis of company risk profiles, and specification of risk appetite/tolerance 
• Demonstrated ability to effectively advise senior/executive management on risk management matters in major business decisions and engage with non-executive directors in the board/board risk committees 
• Risk management certification/accreditation and/or assurance/internal audit experience is an advantage 
• Effective communication and influencing skills 
• Fluency in English both reading and writing (C1 Level Minimum)
