We are seeking a new Head of Treasury with a strong operative approach in combination with a strategic mindset. As the Head of Treasury, you will be part of one of the largest suppliers of medicines and health-related products where service, growth and competence are key factors.
You will join a strong finance team of 31 colleagues in Oslo working in an open and trusting environment. Your overall responsibilities will be towards Treasury, Risk and Cash Management. This is a new position that covers a wide range of areas, and the position may be shaped by the candidate’s experiences and skills. The new Head of Treasury will report to the CFO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervision and coordination of the Treasury Management Function
• Risk Management (liquidity-, interest rate-, credit- and foreign exchange risks)
• Cash Management and Strategy
• Planning, Analysis & Reporting (liquidity, cash flow, net working capital)
• System Process Management
• Collaboration with financial institutions, internal and external stakeholders
• Compliance

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Preferably university degree in business administration with relevant specialization
• Profound work experience (5+ years) in a financial institution, corporate banking or in a corporate treasury function
• A strong interest in financial instruments and financial markets
• Excellent written and oral skills in English. Proficiency in Norwegian is preferable
• High level and proven proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
