LINK Mobility is headquartered in Oslo/Norway and listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange since October 2020. LINK continues to grow both organically and through M&A.

The overall responsibility of the Group CTO function is to execute and deliver on the strategic initiatives within LINK’s technology roadmap, and technical orchestration of solutions with various product and services. Group CTO will oversee the overall technology development and technology utilisation plan, manage group information technology resources and priorities in line with the strategy.

The Group CTO has the responsibility for the following current departments in LINK Mobility: Customer Delivery and Operations, IT and Security, Program Office and Engineering. The technical organisation outside Europe related to M&As will report with a dotted line to the Group CTO.

Main tasks:

• Lead and execute the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships in line with the overall company strategy

• Consolidate the technology platforms to meet strategic targets for scalability, growth and synergies including operations of the NOC (Network Operating Centre). Create overall technology standards and best practices

• Represent and drive the technological agenda in the company - Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs

• Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

• Develop, track, and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations

• Effective systems for project management and processes through the program office. Foster an agile, attractive, and effective development culture

Your background:
The right candidate has experience and exceptional results as a CIO, CTO or technical executive role in a SaaS or relevant Telco, IT consulting/service provider, retailer, Fintech, Airline and with a solid international experience.

Some critical prerequisites:

• 5+ years in a position as CIO, CTO or other technical executive roles

• Solid experience in developing enterprise level technology roadmaps including software development and expansion of the technology department during a period of high growth

• Solid experience of building development/engineering teams across multiple countries and track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced, matrix environment with multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience in managing within a diverse and complex environment

• Proven record of launching projects with ability to manage projects from conception through to completion

• Experience from program office management involving consolidating and integrating complex IT systems

• Master’s/Bachelor’s in science, Civil Engineering or comparable

• Fluent in English. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage
