Head of Finance

Tunable is a deep-tech company with strong international growth ambitions. We are looking for a business-driven Head of Finance. You will be part of a young and agile team, where you will be able to form the future of the company. The work location is Oslo.

Responsibilities:

• ^{_{Responsibility for accounting and finance}}
• ^{_{Support the CEO in strategy development and the daily operations of the company}}
• ^{_{Use and development of our MS Business Central ERP system and other finance tools}}
• ^{_{Reporting to the board and shareholders (national and international)}}
• ^{_{Company financing and business analysis}}
• ^{_{Applications and reporting related to public funding from sources such as Innovation Norway, Research Council etc.}}
• ^{_{Human resource management and administrative tasks}}
• ^{_{Legal issues and document preparation}}
• ^{_{Quality assurance of agreements and compliance (Company code of conduct)}}

Competence and experience

• _{^{Experience in developing budgets, forecasts, and reporting to management and the Board of Directors}}
• _{^{Project reporting and follow-up}}
• _{^{Practical use of ERP systems, reporting tools, and other efficiency-promoting software}}
• _{^{Working knowledge of human resource processes}}
• _{^{Master’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, or Accounting}}
• _{^{Good and efficient knowledge of English}}
• _{^{Experience in developing strategies, forecast models, and business models}}
• _{^{Experience from small growth companies/scale-ups within the tech sector preferred}}

• ^{_{Proactive personality with high working capacity and dedication}}
• ^{_{Action oriented and hands-on}}
• ^{_{Documented experience from a relevant position within accounting and finance}}
• ^{_{Comfortable in working with the board, shareholders, and investors in an international setting}}
