This means that we will need to make a lot of decisions and the right person to help us with our business analysis.

We are therefore looking for a Senior Business Analyst to research, develop insights, advise and bring an objective view to the Management team of TOMRA Collection.

Job Description

We are looking for a combination of analytical skills, initiative, and a strong drive to understand business complexity and distill information to provide a solid factual base for decision-making.

You should also like to build – models, systems, networks, experiences, and relationships.

This is a central role located at our divisional and group headquarters where your skills will be deployed globally across countries and organizational units and will contribute to developing the group’s information assets.

You will:

  • Understand profit drivers, identify trends, and write reports presenting your insights and conclusions
  • Support decision making with analyses, research, business cases, and presentations
  • Develop analytical tools, build our data infrastructure, and provide information to the organization.

The role will report to the TOMRA Collection SVP Head of Finance.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role: 

You will have 5+ years of experience with financial analysis and modelling, as well as preparation of presentations for senior management. A Master’s degree in finance, business, or related fields. Excellent analytical and data skills, and extensive experience with Excel, Power BI, or other analytical software.

Some examples of your background could be: Financial Analysis, Equity Research, Management Consultancy, Business Controlling, Revenue Management or Data Engineering.

  2. Utilize your skills, experience and understanding to build our analytical infrastructure
  3. Be a solid discussion partner by bringing objective and fact-based insights
