On behalf of TOMRA, we are now looking for an experienced VP Head of Group Treasury. As VP Head of Group Treasury you will undertake the overall responsibility for treasury activities in TOMRA. The position is part of the Group`s Finance Team, located at TOMRA HQs in Asker and reports to Group CFO. 

To succeed and thrive in the role as VP Head of Group Treasury, you have to be proactive, solution-oriented, structured, and analytical. Furthermore, it is important that the candidate is a skilled relationship builder and can communicate and create collaboration across departments and subsidiaries in different countries. TOMRA is currently rolling out Nomentia, Treasury systems and new Cash Pool banks across the Group. This role will play an important role overlooking these projects. The role also includes manager responsibility for Cash Management and Treasury officer.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for treasury policy and processes, ensure an efficient set up of treasury processes and systems, including documentation, maintenance, development, and training 
  • Responsible for overlooking and understanding TOMRAs funding requirements, including establishing, reporting and maintaining external funding 
  • Responsible for overlooking and understanding internal funding of subsidiaries, including intercompany loans and dividend
  • Responsible for financial risk, overlooking currency exposure and operate currency hedging
  • Responsible for the execution of TOMRAs incentive plans, i.e., option- and share purchase programs, including buy back of treasury shares
  • Responsible for negotiating competitive guarantee conditions, incl. reporting
  • Responsible for carrying out external dividend payout
  • Responsible for the treasury related notes in the annual report, bond reporting and monthly treasury reporting
  • Competence person on trade financing, including contact with Eksfin and similar financing institutions
  • Overall responsible for consolidated cash forecast; determine funding requirements and currency hedging positions
  • Overall key contact and relationship person for relevant banks and finance institutions 
  • Overall responsible for consolidated cash forecast; determine funding requirements and currency
  • Overall responsible for cash management, including being back up person for Cash Management Manager
  • Overall system owner for treasury systems
  • Ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:

  • Master`s degree within Finance, Economics or similar
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferable from international business and stock listed companies
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written
  • Experience, interest and ability to develop people and teams
  • Used to changing environments and to quickly meet new challenges

  • Hands-on, operational and enjoy handling a wide set of tasks in a dynamic environment
