We are now looking for a Cash Management Manager for Tomra, located at the headquarter in Asker. In the position as Cash Management Manager, you will undertake the overall responsibility for TOMRAs cash management activities. The position is part of the Group`s Finance Team, located at TOMRA HQs in Asker and reports to Head of Treasury.
To succeed and thrive in the role as Cash Management Manager, you have to be proactive, solution-oriented, structured, and analytical. Furthermore, it is important that the candidate is a skilled relationship builder and can communicate and create collaboration across departments and subsidiaries in different countries.

Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for all external banking relationships in Tomra Group, including access administrator, KYC, negotiating terms and conditions i.e.
- Responsible for bank setup including cash pools
- Responsible for in house bank setup, including processes
- Responsible for rolling out Nomentia In House Bank in the group
- Responsible for rolling out Nomentia cash management forecasting in the group
- Responsible for consolidating cash forecast for the group, and assess funding requirement and cash pool use
- Responsible for optimizing RCF use
- Responsible for monitoring interest and fee charges from banks
- Responsible for improving liquidity by minimizing cash in local banks outside cash pool, securing an optimal cash pool structure
- Responsible for Cash Management reporting
- Expected to be a sparring partner for VP Head of Treasury
- Back up VP Head of Treasury
- System owner for Nomentia, including access administrator
- Ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications:
- Master`s degree within Finance, Economics or similar
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferable from international business and stock listed companies
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Experience, interest and ability to develop people and teams
- Used to changing environments and to quickly meet new challenges

- Analytical mindset, curious and eager to learn
- Enjoy challenging tasks, and taking on new responsibilities
- Hands-on, operational and enjoy handling a wide set of tasks in a dynamic environment
- Able to apply efficient and systematic working methods to ensure solid deliverables in complex situations
