Senior Vice President – Corporate HR (CHRO)

Strategic and operational responsibility for HR in Europe´s largest renewable energy producer

We are looking for an experienced and proactive SVP Corporate HR who can further develop the Statkraft HR function to support the company´s growth strategy. This will encompass the further development of a strategic, but also specialised and efficient HR organisation tuned to deliver customer-oriented services.
The position leads Corporate HR with approx. 90 competent co-workers and is a strategic advisor to the CEO, Group Management, and other parts of the organization. In addition there are approx. 60 within HR across business units and countries with a dotted line to Corporate HR.

The role includes strategic, operational and governance responsibilities enabling the organisation to deliver best-of-class HR services to management and the organisation as such. You will have a key role in adapting the HR services, processes, systems and tools to reach the objectives.

Ideal candidates have solid leadership experience from strategic and operational HR in a complex and large international organisation and/or line management, with in-depth understanding of how HR should support the business strategy.

The right person for this role is a robust and motivating leader with the ability to create results in in an open and highly competent organisation. Furthermore, you have experience from stakeholder management and have excellent communication skills at all levels. You have higher relevant education, preferably at Master´s level.

The position reports to EVP Corporate Staff. Some travelling will be required. Work location is Lilleaker, Oslo.
