Statkraft has been making clean energy possible for over a century. That’s what we offer. 125 years of unrivalled expertise in supplying the world with what it needs most. We envision a world that runs entirely on renewable energy. But there is more work to be done – that is why we need you to join!

Working in Corporate Strategy

The Corporate Strategy Development department in Corporate Strategy & Analysis is responsible for supporting the CEO and Corporate Management in setting and driving Statkraft’s strategic agenda. Together with top management and business leaders, the department is a driving force for shaping Statkraft’s future development.

We are looking for a new senior team member responsible for driving corporate strategy development, including facilitating the corporate strategy process (the Annual Strategic Review). The position reports to Vice President Corporate Strategy Development.

You will be the project leader for the Group’s Annual Strategic Review process conducted each spring to develop and update Statkraft’s strategy. You will be the editor of the corporate strategy document, outlining the overall strategy and investment approach of the company across technologies and markets.
  • Be part of evaluating key strategic opportunities and challenges the company is facing, and provide strategic advice to the CEO and senior management on these
  • Lead and execute strategic projects, including project scoping, conducting research and analysis, leading multiple workstreams and teams, and synthesising conclusions into recommendations
  • Facilitate strategic discussions and decision-making across a range of topics at various management levels in the organization
  • Work closely with the analysis teams in the Corporate Strategy & Analysis department, and be part of translating Statkraft’s strategic analysis into strategy
  • Ensure a strong link between the corporate strategy and business area strategies, in collaboration with the Business Area strategy teams
