We are looking for an experienced leader to take on the role of CTO to strategically utilize new and existing technology to fuel the growth and scale the company to the next level.

Leading our highly talented team of skilled developers and tech leads, you will foster collaboration, innovation and continuous learning and attract new talents. You will lead by example and thrive in seeking the optimal technical landscape and deliver the roadmap that will enhance the company’s performance and competitor position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the technology strategy
• Collaborate with the executive team to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that enhances the company’s performance and competitive position.
• Foster collaboration with cross TGS technology environments to optimize synergies and innovations across business areas.
• Create and execute a product roadmap and technology architecture
• Lead, scale and mentor a skilled developer team and the tech leads, to foster innovation, collaboration and continuous learning
• Ensuring successful software delivery aligned with the company’s roadmap.
• Ensure the security and reliability of all technology systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Engage with key customers and external partners as the trusted technology advisor.

We believe that you have a higher relevant degree in computer science, information technology or related fields of OT-IT and edge development. Thus, proven history in technology leadership roles, substantiated by a proven track record in software development, systems engineering, and application architecture. Moreover, you have experience from technical transformation journey, are cloud native and have utilized emerging technologies like IIOT and AI.

You will be part of the management team and report to the CEO in a fast-growing international organization. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and shape both the products and the overall organization.
