Want to play a central part in taking our Protection Division to the next level?

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated leader for Devold Protection, who will play a central role in our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the business area with a focus on identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships and delivering on ambitious growth targets, both nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities and Key Focus Areas:

Leadership Team:

• Actively participate in the company's leadership team to contribute to strategic decision-making and the development of comprehensive business goals.

Business Development

• Drive business development through close dialogue with customers, adaptation to market trends, and innovation
• Identify potential growth areas, collaborate with product development, and contribute to shaping the company's future strategy.

Sales and Marketing:

• Develop and implement sales and go-to-market strategies to ensure increased market share and meet the company's revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Tender processes:

• Ensure that the company is competitive in tender processes and has a strategy to meet complex customer needs.
• Manage negotiations with large professional purchasing organizations and professionalize processes around the tender business to ensure future competitiveness and scaling.

Team Management:

• Be the manager of a dedicated team, ensuring they are motivated, competent, and working efficiently towards common goals.
• Create a positive work culture that promotes collaboration and continuous learning.

International Focus:

• Have overall responsibility for the business area's activities both in Norway and globally.
• Manage international markets, customers, and partners.
   

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Solid commercial leadership experience in B2B businesses with P&L responsibility and international exposure.
• Experience in business development and innovation processes.
• Experience in developing international markets and customers.
• Ability to lead and inspire a cross-functional team.
• In-depth knowledge of tender processes and experience with large purchasing organizations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills.
• Relevant education in economics, management, or equivalent.
• We see knowledge of the textile-industry and network in the industry as an advantage.
