Head of treasury

We are seeking a competent and dedicated Head of Treasury. You will have the overall responsibility for developing and leading the treasury function, as well as supporting and developing our treasury and risk policies on behalf of the management team. You will report to and work closely with the Group CFO.

Frøy has its headquarters in Trondheim, and the role will be located here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for treasury operations, including liquidity optimization, cash management strategy, financial planning and risk management in alignment with the company's overall financial goals
• Actively collaborate with the CFO to facilitate financing arrangements, reporting, and presentations to financial institutions
• Monitor and analyse the cash management and cash concentration
• Develop and improve Frøy`s treasury processes, including efficiency improvements, systems optimization, and automation
• Support Frøy`s policies on Finance and Risk

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in finance or another relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience from a treasury function is a plus
• Analytical with highly proficient Excel skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English is required
