TOMRA Collection is in an important growth phase as deposit systems are gaining popularity worldwide as an effective tool in the path to decarbonization. To support our growth, we are looking for a purpose-driven senior analyst that can dive into complex financial matters and work in close collaboration with business areas, corporate functions, and the leadership team. This role reports to SVP Head of Finance, TOMRA Collection.
Areas of responsibility:

Manage the long-term strategic planning process to support the alignment of the overall strategy and capital allocation with financial and business goals.

Evaluate external conditions, financial performance, and opportunities for short and long-term growth in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Employ scenario analysis and examine the connections between strategy, processes, technology, and people to support decision-making.

Prepare the financial analysis, due diligence, and decision material for acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

Participate in key projects related to corporate strategy, sustainability, growth, organizational design, and operational efficiency.

Act as a financial advisor and strategic business partner to the Collection leadership team.

Qualifications
-
Master’s degree or equivalent in finance, business, or other related fields.

Experience from investment banking, advisory, equity research or management consulting is an advantage.

Strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities and hands-on financial modelling experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to present complex information in a simple manner.
