Investment Banking (1-2 years of experience)

On the back of high levels of activity, Carnegie is currently looking for ambitious candidates with 1-2 years of working experience, to be part of our Investment Banking team in Oslo. As part of a highly engaged, dynamic and skilled team you will have the unique opportunity to work directly with international capital markets and on high-profile transactions across sectors and geographies (both Nordic and internationally). You will receive exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity capital markets (ECM), and debt capital markets (DCM).

We believe that the relevant candidates should have:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience within investment banking, private equity, Big 4, management consulting or similar industries.
• BSc, MSc, or similar degree in economics, finance, industrial economics, or engineering Preferably MSc or higher
• Strong academic record
• High level of motivation with a genuine interest in finance and capital markets
• Commercial and analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
• Commitment to working hard and ability to perform under pressure, often with tight deadlines
• Effective time management and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high ethical standard
• Proficiency in a Scandinavian language and English
