Senior Group Financial Controller to listed company
Axactor is looking for an ambitious and team-oriented Senior Group Financial Controller to join the Finance Department located at Skøyen, Oslo. As a Senior Group Financial Controller you will play an important role in enabling the Group to achieve our high ambitions for financial reporting. The Senior Group Financial Controller will be part of a highly qualified team and report to Group Chief Accountant
You will work closely with the Group Financial Controlling team and local finance functions in our subsidiaries in Europe to ensure high quality in the financial reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- monthly consolidation and reporting for the Group
- assist in quarterly and annual reporting for the Group according to IFRS
- analyse, follow up and provide professional support to subsidiaries
- contribute to continuous development, automation and streamlining of the reporting process
- assist in accounting and tax considerations
- participate in internal training
- ad hoc tasks and projects
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting and/or auditing
- minimum five years of relevant experience, preferably from auditing or Group accounting
- solid accounting skills
- experience and interest in IFRS
- good Norwegian and English skills, oral and written
- strong Excel and system skills/interest
- experience with consolidation tools is an advantage
