Investment Manager

Infranode is looking to hire an Investment Manager to join the team. As an Investment Manager, you will work with managing investments and executing new investments across the Nordics. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of financial modeling and transaction execution, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and driving key initiatives that contribute to Infranode’s long-term growth and value creation.

The main responsibilities for this position are:

• Evaluate, and execute infrastructure investment opportunities across relevant sectors.
• Oversee and manage existing investments, driving performance, governance, and value creation.
• Financial modeling, valuation, and analysis to support investment decisions.
• Participate in structuring and execution of investments, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Monitor development in Infranode’s industries and investment opportunities.

We believe the ideal candidate should have:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Engineering.
• Experience in infrastructure investments, private equity, investment banking or corporate strategy, with a proven track record in executing transactions.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and the ability to assess complex investment opportunities.
• Relevant experience with financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financing structures, particularly in long-term infrastructure investments.
• High degree of interest in sectors such as energy, transportation, digital, and social infrastructure, including regulatory and market dynamics.
• Strong relationship-building skills with strategic partners and key industry stakeholders.
