Will you be our new Director FP&A?

LINK Mobility is publicly listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange with offices in 18 countries throughout Europe and the U.S. We continue to experience strong organic growth and recurring revenue as businesses move more activities onto mobile platforms. In 2022, LINK Mobility had a total turnover of 5.2 billion NOK.

Link Mobility Group keeps growing and is now seeking an experienced and well structured Director FP&A with a strong business acumen. The right candidate will have the opportunity to hold a key role in a truly international company and work and build relations across borders in the whole of Europe. The position reports to Group CFO and will join the Group Finance management team together with department heads for Group Accounting, Group Analysis & Decision Support and Investor Relations.

Key responsibilities

  • Head the Group controlling, planning and analysis department of 3 controllers (2 senior and 1 junior)
  • Lead and develop quarterly and monthly financial reporting processes to management, board and external reporting (quarterly)
  • Take part in monthly financial review processes with local units and oversee all financial aspects of financial reporting through cooperation with Group Accounting, Group analysis department, regional and local finance resources
  • Identify and improve internal financial processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency of business decision-making
  • Initiate and drive  agenda for development in Finance system portfolio to improve business support across Group
  • Lead and develop planning processes (rolling forecast, budget, strategy etc) based on actuals, sales data from salesforce and other insight
  • Support CFO in performance management: Evaluate and monitor financial performance across the company, and follow-up improvement areas across P/L (gross profit and cost agenda) and working capital management

Qualifications

  • University degree in finance, accounting, economics, industrial economics or equivalent with strong academic results
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant FP&A/business controlling/performance management experience from an international company
  • Experience from Group organization and stock-listed entities is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills and financial understanding, hereunder in-depth command of financial statements, accounting and company valuation methodologies
  • Sound ability to extract, structure, synthesize and present complex decision-critical information to relevant stakeholders in a logical and concise way
  • Track record from project management with ability to drive performance improvement processes, including KPI determination/roll-out
  • Interest and knowledge of IT systems and business intelligence tools
  • Super-user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator both in Norwegian and English
